How can I find all social media accounts/dating accounts by someone’s email?

Very difficult:
– try searching for that email id on facebook search, in case they shared the mail id on any public groups, you may find it.
Or
– try forget password on social media and add those mail id. If they have used it to create account a password reset mail will go the owner.
