How can I automatically track multiple social media accounts engagement metrics?
I manage a national chain’s social accounts and I’d love a simple tool that tells me # of likes, # of comments, shares, etc for my accounts facebooks and instas and maybe TikTok’s so I can quickly see trends across all the stores and potentially also look backwards. Thanks!

I know there are tools like this specifically for social, but I can’t help but reccomend Databox.
Their freemium gives you 3 data sources, a lot of built in metrics, and you can make 3 dashboards. That’s more than enough for what you describe.
I am unsure if they integrate with tik tok though.

Sounds like you don’t have a social media management platform in place? I use Sprout social, but Hootsuite, Emplifi, Sprinklr, Later, Buffer… theyr’e all capable of that.
I recommend hopping on a social meda management platfrom, because you can plan and schedule all your posts across different accounts in one place. Can’t imagine posting to 7 different accounts manually 😀 but obvs it also brings in all the data from each platform, too. So you’ll have your metrics there.

If you have a CRM software that your company uses I would suggest reaching out to them for which platforms work best with their system. Otherwise the above have given great choices.
