HELP reels appear with top and bottom black bars. How to Take them off?
Lately when I upload a reel it appears with top and bottom black bars when viwed in the grid or on the timeline. I want my reels to appear without it. The same post made less than a week ago appears normal.
How to change it? What is caussing the issue?

If you’re posting to the same platform but your video appearance is your only issue, make sure if you record it vertically that you upload that video in the same ratio when posted on the platform…. Same as in an upright position. Especially when any effects etc are added.
