Help! My Facebook Ads Went from 3.5-4ROAS to 1.2ROAS in a Week and Nothing Seems to Work!

I’m in a bit of a pickle and I’m hoping the Reddit community can help me out. I’ve been running Facebook ads for my business for the last three months and everything has been going great. I’ve been consistently getting profitable results with a return on ad spend (ROAS) of 3.5-4.0. However, in the past week or so, everything has gone downhill.
No matter what I do, my ROAS has dropped to 1.2 and I just can’t seem to figure out what’s going on. I’ve changed my ads, tried different interests, and even scaled down my campaigns, but nothing seems to work.
I’m at a loss here and I could really use some advice. Has anyone else experienced something like this before? What did you do to fix it? Is there something I’m missing?
Before my Facebook ads took a hit, my CPM used to be $50 with a CPC of around 1.5-2$. With this high CPM, I was achieving a 35% margin and getting top-notch quality traffic, with an AOV of $105.
However, when my ad performance tanked, my CPM dropped drastically from $50 to $20. While this meant that my ad costs were cut in half, my conversion rate also plummeted from 3-4% to 0.77-1%.
I’m still struggling to figure out what’s going on, and any help or insights would be greatly appreciated.
