HELP! Google Ads Defaulting to Organization – Need Urgent Fix!
I'm having an issue setting up my new payment profile on Google Ads. I want to set it up for an individual account, but it's defaulting to an organization profile and I can't seem to change it. This could cause verification problems down the road.
Has anyone else encountered this problem? Any advice or steps to fix this would be greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance!

Is your email address part of a Google workspace already it’s pulling it from? Try an incognito window and logging out and back into your email when setting it up? Does it not let you click anything else but has organization only as the default? Or does it let you pick individual but revert back to organization?

Verification and billing profiles are separate processes. You won’t retrigger verification by adding a billing profile.
To add a billing profile you have to reach out to Google where they will ask for business information that they package in a service agreement (t&c).
You cant just add a profile in the UI; the one you see or can choose from already went through the payment profile creation.
