Help! Google Ads account suspended for “unpaid balance” but there is no unpaid balance
Google ads account for my small business is currently suspended for “unpaid balance” but the balance is a credit of $10. We have added a new payment method 2 days ago, checked all other accounts to make sure there isn’t a balance, and appealed several weeks ago but still no luck.
This is hurting business and Google says there isn’t a way to get on the phone with someone regarding the suspended account. Does anyone have any suggestions?
