[HELP] Facebook Ads payments keep getting declined despite funds in the account
Hey guys, I'm really stuck with an issue that's affecting my client's business and hoping someone here might have some insight.
For context, my client's Facebook ad payments keep getting declined even though there's plenty of money in the account. It happened with his old ad account, and it got so bad that we made a completely new one, but the same thing is happening on the new account too.
His bank said the issue is with Meta not returning the CVV correctly (or something similar), so they suggested switching to a digital card with a dynamic CVV, which we did, but that hasn't fixed it. No matter what, Meta keeps blocking the payments. We’ve tried removing the card, changing accounts, everything.
I've spoken to Meta support multiple times, and while they’ve investigated, all they ever do is reactivate the account and say, "You're good to go." But then the same issue pops up again. I don’t just need the account temporarily fixed—I need a long-term solution to stop this from happening.
Has anyone else experienced this and found a real solution? I’d really appreciate any advice or direction because it's severely impacting my client’s ability to run ads.
