Yes. It’s just not profitable. But you can easily pay 3$ per click and sell a 2$ product.

This wouldn’t be profitable, but you have options. Find less competitive keywords/channels, improve your Quality Score to get lower click costs, raise your prices, or convince your customers to order multiples/add other products.

Yes you can sell them. It’s not going to be profitable unless it’s a repeat purchase then you have to work on and look at life time value of a customer.

You can use upselling and cross-selling so to increase the average check size. Remember that 1 click isn’t equal to only 1 order. If your ads have a high conversation rate and the customer lifetime value is high, you can get profit. But it’ll be difficult to get this result.

Are you talking about something like promote some small offers / products from affiliate products where competition is high as crazy anyway. Correct? There is no such ways anyway. Let’s make it final – it’s not possible at all. Seems to me it’s sarcasm.
