Healthcare certification for google ads
Has anyone had success with getting healthcare certificates on google ads or know what exactly they need? Google doesn’t seem to understand our business (Clinical research organization), and I’m having trouble understanding what exactly they need from us to get the certificate issued.
I got my first request denied but the reasons they have made no sense, and contradicted what they had on their site almost. It’s very confusing.

The Google Ads Editor windows app makes it easier to apply for exceptions.

There is no certificate for a CRO that I’m aware of. Are you promoting a clinical trial? Is it on behalf of a drug manufacturer? If you are doing contract research you don’t need a certification, if you are a clinical trials recruitment on behalf of a drug manufacturer you will need a certification and to follow the much stricter guidelines for drug promotion.
You should request a manual review of your landing page and ads, which you can do by opening a support ticket. Make sure you are compliant with the guidelines stated below.
