    How many of you cloak your h-tags within the content to match keywords and page titles? Asking for a friend.

    Google will know that you are playing with keywords.

    I don’t think you mean cloaking but altering. And yes it is good to alter your headings to contain keywords you want to rank for. Just don’t over do it, it’s also fine to have headings without.
