    Have trouble scaling

Posted by seohelper on May 13, 2020 at 4:43 pm

Hi, I’m running ads on FB for a product I created and been having a staggering 10 ROAS the last 8 days with a budget around $700 / day.

The problem is, after turning the budget up, it stopped spending even half the budget / day. So the latest 2 days on a $1000 daily budget only a total of around $600 have been used, it spends about 30% of the budget in the morning getting me a bunch of sales and then almost no traffic the rest of the day.

The audiences are from 90.000 to 400.000 of size.

After looking at the delivery tab i see that both engagement and conversion ranking are above average however relevancy are below average. Image:

The comments on the ads are positive.

My initial thought was people that had already purchased kept seeing the ad so i excluded those who already purchased – but it did not help.

Any idea what is going on, and how I can fix them?

Try duplicating the existing Ad Set.
You likely reset learning with that 40%+ budget increase. Common suggestion here is a max of 20% increase every few days to avoid a learning rest. The #1 rule of facebook advertising is don’t touch an ad set that is working. Small budget adjustments being the only exception. Small being the key term. Better is to scale by duplicating an Ad Set in practice. Not sure why it works, doesn’t really make sense, but….This is the way.
