The 'total web search clicks' daily is ~30 for my website, however the click count by keyword is only ~5. I expected some 5/10% difference, but not this large. Why does this occur?
GSC only shows data for organic clicks from Google search results. It doesn’t track clicks from other sources or direct traffic.

The discrepancy often comes down to how GSC aggregates and processes data. Some clicks might be attributed to queries that aren’t explicitly listed or counted in the keyword breakdown. It’s also possible that clicks from very similar but slightly different keywords are getting lumped together.
If you want to dig deeper into the exact keywords you’re ranking for, using a rank tracker can give you a more precise view. Tools like SERPtag can help

Doesnt match what though – what are you comparing it to? There are lots of reasons for discrepancies – it depends what you’re comparing it to

The actual clicks will definitely be more than GSC, GSC statistics are only part of it.only organic clicks

Wow, not a single comment in here understood your post and answered your question except for Astronomer lol. The aggregated data in the graph in GSC contains all clicks. The clicks per keywords will always be less because they will not show all the keywords, e.g. for privacy reasons and many more. This difference can be a lot, as you have seen. Keep also in mind, as soon as you use a filter, more data will be lost.
