  Google Update – GMB feedback dissapears

  I am realizing that Google is once again changing some parameters in their serps.

  Have you made any experience or recent triggers for that?

  Another question:

  A client of me keeps “losing” GoogleMyBusiness feedback, have you had that before or are you also having this right now?

  we lose real feedback from customers regularly and i’m not sure why. is it just some bad google AI flagging them as illegitimate?
