    Google LSA – Metric Sharing

Posted by Prestigious_Taste_61 on August 27, 2024 at 7:17 pm

    Hey,

I am trying to optimize my Google LSA accounts and gather information on what is possible with regards to metrics. As there is very limited information publicly available I thought we could crowd source it here.

I am a contractor that has categories for leads under 'Water Damage Service Provider'

Here is what my metrics looked like for July 2024 and I have an area that covers approximately 3 million people.

I am wondering what other people in this category of services are experiencing in terms of lead volume and ad impressions and Impression Rates. Is 23 leads in a month at the top of the possibilities? Is my ad impression to lead volume good (at 0.62%)?

    MY METRICS ARE:

Total LEAD SPEND: $6,135.27 ($820.12 expected credits)
    Charged Leads: 23 (22 phone, 1 text)
    Ad Impressions: 3702
Top Impression Rate: 100%Absolutely top impression rate: 86.22%

That seems insanely high at $230 per conversation.

Are you doing PPC what are your prices on that?

Have you tried the tried and true traditional Ad Campaigns vs LSA’s?

LSA’s are heavily depending on location/service area. I have done it for a ton of lawyers and their practice area/service location makes the biggest difference.

Even for them it was in the $100 – $300 range (depending on the service offering), $230 seems very high, have worked with plumbing clients (not exactly the same area) they were around $50 cost per lead.

I would personally drop my spend somewhat, looks like google is tacking you with a premium as it sees you as someone who is willing to pay. Also as suggested test out traditional ads as well
