  Google Custom Audience Segment Population?

  I’m trying to set up custom audience segments in my adsense account, generally using “People who browse types of websites” and “People who use types of apps” but when I put in websites/apps the segment insights on the right don’t populate with any information. Does anyone know what this means or what I’m doing wrong?
