Google ads promotion
Hello, google ads is currently running a promotion for new accounts (spend $500 get $500 credit, spend $1500 get $1500, spend $3000 get $3000 credit). I already created a google ads account a month ago but haven’t run any campaigns yet. I plan to start running ads within the next week. Does anyone know if the sign up credit would be applied to my account if I clicked claim now? After I click it, it prompts me to my google ads account and I am unsure if it will actually be applied if I hit the minimum ad spend. Also, if it does not get applied since my account is existing, would deleting and recreating my google ads account with the promotion work? Thanks

You try and claim it and see what happens. Most net new ad accounts will get the credit applied, if they signed up to get it. You can make a new ad account if you really want the promotion.
