[Google Ads Location Targeting] For your service based businesses, what has your experience with selecting (presence or interest) in VS presence in selected area been like? Should I make two campaigns to test both location targeting modes or could I potentially be wasting my already tight budget?
I could test both modes but I’m more curious abou whether your campaign in one of the targetting modes yielded better results. I actually think the (presence or interest) mode is actually giving me more conversions whether that’d be through conversion tracking or through offline conversions because my niche(nightclub) is common amongst travelers, reasonably so. However, I’m wondering what it would be like to target those “presence in selected area” to see if maybe this would return even more conversions. Looking at Google analytics there *are* more conversions in my local area than there our from foreign countries but I can’t make a conclusion as to if this is actually the case since there are various ways conversions can take place without conversion tracking tracking all of it.

So for service based businesses, especially if you’re business is common amongst travelers, I juist want to hear what your expeirence and results has been like with these two different modes used in two different campaigns. I’m wondering if the you found that changing targeting modes to either to presence in selected area or to (presence or interest) mode and vice versa yielded better results
