Google Ads help is a Joke. How can you get Chat or Call support right away?
I have several clients and none of them have dedicated reps that I can call. I go through the help form and get to the end and my contact options are to Call this number or Email. So, I call the number. I put my account number in and Google says “Google phone support is not available at this time. Please visit the help website” This is the same page that I just filled out the form on. Its an endless helpless loop. I hate the email option. I am averaging 5-10 days before Google responds to an email. How am I supposed to get help?

You answered your own question. Do you have something you’re struggling with now? Lot of sharp folks on this sub who knows their stuff.

Try changing your google language/country to Polish or Italian or any other high value non-english European country – you will go through to help centers with those languages (who may be less busy) and they will still respond in English.
90% of the time it works every time.

I can usually get somebody on the phone through our agency MCC but we’re a Premier Partner so we may get a different support level.
We do also have a bunch of client reps across most of the accounts and I have a contact for the agency lead here in Toronto if we really get into a jam.
But yes, I know for the average client or agency it can be very difficult to get any service at all.
Google should nix reps on any account spending less than $10K/month and assign those people to their support team… everybody would be happier and more productive.
