Asking Reddit this question should be a big red flag for you starting an agency. However, if your serious and already have ppc knowledge, but just want more of the business side, check out Ed Leakes the forge. It’s more on the how to run an agency side of things then other resources. It does have a monthly fee though but if you can’t afford that, then you can’t afford an agency, and should just freelance to save some capital.
