  • Good SEO practice to publicly list users full name in a URL slug?

I have a service that I offer that relies on an international government that publishes a list quarterly. They publish the complete legal name (first name, middle name and 2 last names) and government ID of the person.

I am in the process of implementing a search tool for this list where users can search by their name or government ID with a quick shortcut to use my service with their information pre-filled.

My service can also add additional information such as address or DOB if available.

Is making the list public or the URL slug the person’s name good practice?

Something like /john\_michael\_smith\_doe a good tactic? Or does anyone have any other suggestions?

Please note, all of the information I would be publishing is public and does not break any privacy laws in the country.
