Free to sell on Google Shopping ads- on CPC or other bidding strategy?

Posted by seohelper on April 21, 2020 at 9:02 pm

In wake of the recent covid 19 situation when so many brick and mortar SMBs are forced to sell digitally, Google shopping ads are a sign of big relief to the business. I’m curious to know how will the free Google shopping ads be implemented. What kind of bidding strategy will be working. Are they trying to push for smart shopping campaign. Any help or suggestions would be appreciated. Thanks in advance.

So to clarify this google is letting businesses list the products for free on their google shopping tab, but these are not free ads. The top placements (including what you see on regular search) is reserved for their paying customers.

To clarify, under the shopping section in google is where your inventory can now show up (on one of the many pages)
