For small firms, is a digital marketing agency worthwhile?

I give a piece of advice for a small firm. If you have any skillful agency which is genuine go with that. Otherwise nobody understands your business in a better way. (Keep in mind). Nowadays digital agencies are too expensive. But the output of digital agencies is poor. Understand your business better and take control of marketing just to educate yourself from digital marketing. Otherwise you are vulnerable to exploit in the hands of fake digital agencies. Being businessmen, we are emotionally attached to our sales numbers, all the digital agencies trying to surprise with fake promises and sales figures, which resulted in you being manipulated by their sales expert. At the end you lose money and hope. So the thing is that I do it with an in-house expert. Set KPI internally and use affiliate networks for promotion.
