For pivot tables, is there a way to save calculated fields and value field settings for metrics?

I pull data often, and then create calculated fields for metrics like CTR, CPC, and CPA. I then set the value field settings for each metric, eg. CTR I set it to a percentage with two decimal points, CPA I set it to currency with two decimal points.

Is there a way to save these calculated fields/value field settings/all the settings in general after I’m done formatting the pivot table the way I need it to? So that whenever I do future data pulls, I can just press a button or something similar, where it will load all of the calculated fields/value field settings/settings I have saved from a previous pivot table? This way I don’t have to manually re-enter everything which takes up a few minutes if there is a lot of calculated fields/formatting/value field settings I need to enter.

I’m wondering this because it would be a huge time saver. I tried macros, but I’m always running into a bug. Does anyone have a solution?

    Thank you

Look up dynamic names ranges using offset in Excel. It’ll basically allow you to just add your new data to the same sheet and it’ll auto adjust the size of your pivot table source (as long as their are no breaks in the first row or column)

Edit: alternatively, just save a copy of your formatted spreadsheet
