  Finding German influencers in the career niche on Insta?

  I'm looking into sourcing German-speakers to work in Sales and Customer Service roles in Ireland. This is a two part question.

  1. Does anyone know any popular German channels in the career niche on Instagram? Specifically targeted at younger grads – with an interest in travel would be a plus. I've researched on Insta myself and come up empty. I speak some German.

  2. What's the best way of searching Insta for relevant accounts in this niche with high engagement? I've looked at tools online. $199 / month seems really pricy. Same deal for agencies, many of whom don't get back to me.

  Any advice greatly appreciated?

  Karriereguru could be a good one for you.

  The bigger question is : Are the Irish companies paying so much more than the Germans? So that you can attract them. Do they need to move to Ireland? Or can they work remote?

  Germany is a big market so you have a lot of competition.
