    Hi

I'm mostly like the only fanartist in my fandom that genuinely support smaller artists. Like I interact with them like I'm their friend. Is that being a creep? Weirdo?

I don't usually encounter ppl like this who are so kind and supportive even though they gain nothing from me.

But I do that to small new artists with 100 or low followers. And I have 5k.

Other fanartists with also 5k up usually are abit non interactive to everyone below them. They only are so nice to bigger artists (sorry i know a posted a similar post like this weeks ago but this is a different vent)

Anyway, i feel like they muted me or something to avoid interacting? Everyone had been sharing my posts through stories and the one's they're following had shared my art somehow. They ought to see my work somehow but it seems they're ignoring me.

I just want to be genuinely friends with them. 😭 Joining the circle would be fun.

Being a bigger artist does come with its own set of responsibilities. If smaller artists look up to you, it’s important to be mindful of how you interact with them. It can feel isolating if you’re putting yourself out there and not getting much engagement in return. But remember, your support and genuine interactions can mean a lot. Keep being a positive role model and stay true to your values. Sometimes, that’s more impactful than the numbers.

Nah, this is definitely a thing. I think part of it is big artists get to a point where they have to start blocking out the noise. Their feeds are getting flooded. And in that process, they forget that they also have the power to SERVE.

Your post is essentially the base of my business: I want to give back. I totally get this.

I believe you are a humble person, I believe we all start from the bottom, and whenever you have a bigger community you would always be grateful for the ones who were with you at the beginning, I believe you should keep doing that, cause we need more people like you

Absolutely not! Being kind and supportive to smaller artists makes you a gem in this community. 🌟 Keep reaching out—true friends and fans will appreciate your genuine engagement. And hey, sometimes the quiet ones are just overwhelmed; don’t let that stop your amazing support
