Feedback: Local SEO timeline for small business owners

I posted a week or so ago about a timeline in which a small business can DIY their own LocalSEO to make an impact online, and use the internet to actually generate leads.
Thanks to those that replied to my post.From there, I have created what I think could be a 20 week plan to create a solid foundation for a small business.
Here is the timeline:
Week 1
Create a Google Business Profile
– Create your account and verify it

If anyone has some spare time, I would appreciate some feedback on things that I have missed or if the timings need to be rearranged on some items
