How much is everyone charging to create a landing page for a ppc account? This would be for a monthly retainer client before they start out.

Yes if your client is asking for campaign landing pages you should pay to build them.
You can upsell it by making 1 for free as a test and if they want another one for a new campaign, you will bill them for it.
It’s a quick way to introduce paid test and learning (CRO testing )
