  • FB Disabled My Account, and My Phone # Changed so I Can’t Retrieve It… Thousands of Dollars of Ads Will Charge Daily If I Can’t Access

Posted by seohelper on May 30, 2020 at 11:45 am

**Update: Most important thing is bypassing the need for my phone # to complete verification**

FB disabled my account immediately after launching some ads… I have no idea why.

After disabling my account, they are requesting (in the appeal process) a confirmation code be sent to a specific #.

However I don’t have that # anymore. I think I lost that SIM card.

There are no other options on the appeal page. What can I do??

This is SUPER urgent because I run ads for my clients and myself, which now might be running w/out my supervision and yeah…

    What can I do???

Cancel the credit cards associated with the account

Isn’t there a Facebook business support number or chat?

cancel all the cards, then try to contact fb support via all the emails and customer support options they have. Back in the day there was several ways to contact them, but maybe not anymore

This might sound silly, but can you get a cheap prepaid phone and set up the sim to have the previous number? Then you can get the code from Facebook.

I know it’s a hassle, but your best option to avoid thousands of dollars being spent is to cancel that card.

had experienced this before – my advice, always have a co-admin to the FB pages. had to learn the hard way. FB is merciless when it comes to suspension – and even worst if they decide whether to reinstate back your account. crazy people managing the support channel I swear

Not sure about cancelling the cards tbh, seems to be a bit of a nuclear move – can’t you call your credit card issuer and ask them to block the outgoing transactions to facebook?

It’s got to be going to the same place the whole time so they should be able to stop it. Then, if you get pinged by fb saying your cards were declined or whatever, via e-mail, you might have a way to contact them.

Do you want a professional hacker to get the job done, then Vladimir of Cyber Secure 101 inc. is the one for the job.

He even offers a REFUND POLICY!

He is discreet, quick and his jobs are undetectable and confidential.

He also helped me to boost my credit score this week and reconcile my credit history.

Vladimir can do almost anything and I suggest that you contact him if you ever need to get in touch with a professional hacker and get your jobs done.

Send your jobs to him via email: [email protected]

From a business person to another business person, I feel it may been irrisponsible to not change your number on fb as soon as you got a new one. If I were a client, I would be taking my business elsewhere because that tells me that you are not on top of your security, which means I may be giving my money to someone that could lose it along with important ads/business information of mine. I’m not trying to beat you up, but I think this is probably something you should think about because it could have (or still could if it’s still not resolved) cost you your business if your clients found out and we’re still paying for ads that aren’t monitored by someone who can’t even access their account.
