  Facebook stars

  I have tried Googling, I tried the FB help centre – there doesn’t seem to be an answer, so hopefully maybe someone here can help.

  Here’s the annoying problem: if I reshare a reel from my Instagram account to Facebook, it automatically turns on stars. I do not want this.

  If I schedule a post from the business meta app on my phone, it posts with stars. I don’t want this.

  I have to manually go to each post to turn off stars, when I haven’t turned them on.

  When I go to the monetary section in Facebook, to edit any stars settings, it tells me stars aren’t turn on and I need to turn them on. I do not want this.

  It’s a minor issue that is causing major annoyance.

  Can anyone help? Advice? Tips? Or am I forever destined to hate FB stars?
