Facebook business manager – I absolutely hate it. It’s clunky and complicated and disgusting, but owning a marketing agency means I need to manage clients Facebook pages.

Is there a better way to do it than via business manager? And if not – does anyone have access to any good tutorials on it? I’d like my staff to be able to do things with it as well but it’s such a shitty interface

I got used to that with years of use. I don’t know better guides than the official one from Facebook: [https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/how-business-manager-works/guide](https://www.facebook.com/business/learn/how-business-manager-works/guide). The thing is that Facebook updates features frequently so there is very big chance to find a guide or a course that will teach you something outdated.

Suddenly, there is no better way to manage Facebook and Instagram accounts than using Facebook Business Manager. There is no other tool that would give you an opportunity to collect all the accesses in one place (I mean, Ads Manager, IG&FB Pages, Pixel data, Analytics data).

I use a social media managing app though and I think it’s the best because I literally do nothing I just have to set it and that’s all

It doesn’t have the best design but any mentally healthy person has no problem using it, just take a break or get a job you enjoy

Have you used the Creator Studio?? It’s a lot nicer but less detailed

I actually have to say after getting used to it I really enjoy it. Though I’m not sure you’re using the same version as me. Facebook rolls out updates differently depending on the country you’re in, in my country business manager got an upgraded, softer look and is running smoothly.

BM is hot garbage and everyone knows it. Reps even admit the product teams only focus on front end work. We’ll complain and they’ll promise to look into it, then take our money all the same.

I don’t have any issues with it. I’ve managed countless campaigns with multi-million dollar ad spend through it and managed thousands of client accounts through it for single companies.

Those that do big business with Facebook (and others) generally build their own systems to manage campaigns through the API. If you’re upset about how BM is setup, make your own.

I’m curious, what large-scale paid advertising platform are your familiar with and like/love, if you hate Facebook Business Manager so much?

I created a BM account about a year ago because I though I would use it. I never did and now I want to use that email for my personal facebook account. I have searched the home page of BM for over an hour and sifted through every single link and I cannot FOR THE LIFE OF ME figure out how to delete my BM account. Hell once I log in to BM I can’t even find where to log out!! When I close the browser and open a new facebook login page so I can login to my personal account, it redirects to BM and it’s FUCKING INFURIATING. Somebody help me if anyone knows how to work around this!!

Has anyone noticed you can no longer edit a company overview, founded date or products, etc…

My about page is no longer has that to edit.

    Thoughts?

I’m not a business but I do need to blow off steam!!
I’m sick and tired of Facebook ignoring me and not ever helping me with any of the questions that I ask them.
They just act like i never ask them anything!!
What a joke that are…instead of asking them anything anymore I’d rather piss in my shoes!!
