Facebook Ads audience question
No hate, please. If you have a problem with this question, keep scrolling. One of my clients is a church starting a spiritual support group for the Transgender community. There is no way to select a Transgender audience directly, I need creative ways to find them. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Think of the psychographics of your target audience, that’s how you get around targeting controversial audiences.
By psychographics, think of their lifestyle, hobbies, and likes. Who do they pay attention to? What common interests do they latch to? Think brands, celebs, influencers, etc.There’s a way to target to anyone, but to get past trying to target their label, try to target who they are and what they like as an individual. Start to describe who they are, without the label, and you’ve found what you need to target for your ads to be effective 🙂

Is this support group legit? Or does your client want to “save” them from the evils of a trans life?
Seems unusual for a church to not only embrace trans people, but to want to help them…
