Excluding specific people from seing our ads possible?
Hi everyone, is it possible to exclude specifik people and not groups of people, from seing our ads on facebook.
We had some customers we would like to not advertise to, but is that even possible to be that specifik?
Wondered if it was possible to make a custom audience in the ad set, by making a customer list with the emails of the people in question and excluding them like that, but i read audience sizes cant be less than 100 people. and we are talking about around 25 people here.

Create an audience list with these customers and use it on your campaigns to exclude them.

Although the custom audience size may be less than 100 people, you can still exclude it from your targeting.
Create a custom audience based on their email addresses or phone numbers. Upload the list to Facebook Ads Manager, then go to the ad set you want to exclude them from and select the custom audience under “Audience”. Click “Exclude”, save your changes, and your ad set will no longer target those people.

You can add your customers to a custom audience either by building a contact list with emails and phone numbers OR by tracking actions on your website specific to customers. For example, if people reach a certain thank-you page they are now your customer.
Note that the first method will require setting up syncing or otherwise manually updating the list from time to time. The second method will be fully automated but has a 180-day max window.
Add the chosen custom audience to your campaign as an exclusion. Done.
