  Exclude a specific person from receiving my ads

  Hello, I have a person whom I don’t want my ads to show up on his feed. I have his name and email. Is there any way I can “ban” him? Or simply tell facebook not to show my ad to that person on?

  Just block the physical location or city if a national campaign. If it’s that big a deal, losing a few hundred meter radius anywhere but NYC doesn’t matter.

  Add him to a list with and upload as exclusions you need I think a minimum of 100 (I never upload smaller than 1k so I’m not sure) and as long as he is there he won’t see it

  Get their IP from an email they’ve sent you and add it to your exclusions
