    Hi

We are going to be doing a monthly report on our site. The idea is that it is semi-templated but updated each month. For example – “July 2023 \_\_\_\_\_\_\_ – Report”

We think it will have value for customers and also SEO benefits (it is related to our service and is searched for). However, my concern is not having it being seen as repetitive / duplicate content.

Does anyone have any tips on how to do this best? (and what not to do!)

My other question is – would it be best as a post in our blog section or create a separate section?

    Thank you.

Well, reports are reports, but you can diversify and make them more appealing by using visuals, charts, and infographics to present the data in an easily digestible manner. This will enhance the user experience and they might even share them across social platforms.

    As for your second question…

If the monthly report is a significant part of your content strategy and you plan to create more related content around it, a blog post is an option. You can categorize all the reports under a “Monthly Reports” category or tag for easy navigation.

However, I’d create a distinct space for users to find and explore the reports without being mixed with other blog content.
