I run paid ads and barley any organic traffic just yet. The little organic traffic I do have has triple the CTR and Conversion rate than my paid ads. I'm assuming once they're on your store they trust it more and do less comparison shopping. What's your personal experience with organic vs paid traffic?

Buyers rarely convert on their first visit, organic or otherwise. Generally you’ll need 2 or 3 visits at best.

How many of your organic visitors are first time visitors as compared to returning?

What may be happening is that buyers are first visiting your website via the paid ads—comparison shop, and then come back to your website organically to convert.

If you’re using GA, you can see the paths that lead to conversion.

Don’t assume people are buying on first visit. Statistically, the chances of that happening are very low.

Take a deeper dive into your analytics. The answers will be there if you have enough traffic.
