  Does Google Ads (incl. YouTube and Display) reward time spent on landing page?

  Curious if this metric is factored in anywhere in the quality score or elsewhere to reward landing pages that hold users’ attention for longer?

  No. First, advertisers would need to install Analytics so that this could be tracked. Not everyone does. Second, they are not concerned what happens once the click happens.
