Hello folks, is it a good practice to include emojis in title tags? Has anyone had any experience or any data regarding it? Would love to know your thoughts

Emojis are not a ranking factor

Emojis help ctr (in my experience), but not serps.

Adding them to titles, did not affect ranks, but CTR did go up until the others added them…

If you’re marketing to teenage girls they work great.

It depends. In WordPress, such tactics will increase the payload [not significantly]. This means slower speeds.

How often do you see emojis in the SERPs?

They can increase and decrease CTR.

Good for CTR, but remember that they don’t always render well on every browser or device so keep that in mind. If you add it to the end of a serp title or description it has less chance of disrupting your title or description if it renders badly or just shows a square box.

Emoji doesn’t make an impact on your ranking, it’s nor a ranking factor. You can do better use of emojis in social sharing or in any other content sharing platforms. It may helps in increasing your CTR, bcz with Emojis your content title can catch attention of users.

But using of emojis also depends on what kind of product/service you are offering to users.

I think, its a bad idea to add emojis in the Title. It will not help you to rank better on the SERP.

I don’t think that EMojis are ranking factors for SERP.

Does one need help of a QA to check if all the devices are capable of seeing the emoji on their SERP?
