As someone who works in the real estate industry, it’s taken SO much off of my back! What programs do you use? I’m using Jasper.ai right now for a few of my clients posts. Of course, I have to edit the text every now and then.

Video captions, yes, because Premiere’s captioning engine uses it. Everything else, no. I make art, so AI’s not of much use to me.

I think that my answer will not be quite on the topic, but it may be useful to someone.

I run several business profiles as an SMM and use the Snoopreport Instagram activity online tracker to compile a content strategy. It allows you to track hashtags, follows, likes and interests of any users with a public profile. That is, you can monitor the activity of both your current and potential audience, as well as the audience of followers. So, the fact is that this greatly facilitates the preparation of a content strategy. Since all reports are clickable, you can go through the publications that the tracked users like and get inspired in this way. This helps me to get ideas about topics that I can touch on, which hashtags to use, what visual component posts should have, and so on.
