Does anyone have experience running FB Ads for a franchise network?
I’m in a position where we’re running FB Ads for 20 different locations, sharing 1 pixel. Obviously, we’d be getting much better performance if we had everything under 1 campaign.
However, that’s difficult due to billing and reporting.
1. **Billing** – how do you even fund a centralized campaign like this? Is it best to take a % of sales (like part of their royalty)?
2. **Reporting** – what happens if one franchisee says “prove that I’m getting *my share* of spend/impressions/clicks/conversions vs. how much I’m investing in the fund!”? If everything is centralized under 1 campaign and 1 ad set, we can’t control the budget of each franchise (lest we negate the reason we centralized in the first place).I see so much potential with centralization!
