Does any one hate FB Business suite?
Hi every one,
I’m trying to insert my billing information into the Business suite of my companies FB page, however, when I insert everything and click save, FB tells me that the Ad account cannot change country…it doesn’t change country though…

Yes it can be very complicated. You can get help from FB if you do ads on there. I’ve had some success getting answers that way. But it is NOT easy, that’s for sure!

Yeah it’s buggy as hell. Dead links, invisible requests, messy navigation. It’s a dog’s breakfast.

Anyone who never had problems never tried inserting or editing texts in more than one language in one post. Why make a feature if it’s so buggy over years now.

It crashes all the time. I used to rely on it alot but honestly i cut it off.

Not so bad, at least I can auto post IG carousels for free. It needs a lot of improvement though, like proper tagging, more story features and video+photo autoposting. It’s however improving in the latest updates

Yes I do. I actually hate everything about managing my business on Facebook.
For awhile I was having trouble with my pixel because even though I have only one business and one website and need only one pixel so it should in theory be simple, I inadvertently created two pixels, one manually with code and another by installing the WordPress plugin. The WordPress plugin pixel was capturing data properly and I wanted to use it to run ads but whenever I tried to, it told me that my pixel was operating correctly but wasn’t attached to this ad account. So then I turned my attention to the manual pixel that I knew was associated with my FB pixel but wasn’t installed on the correct site (my site had moved). I wanted to either delete that pixel or possibly redirect it to my new site but FB wouldn’t allow me to do either of those things…it wouldn’t let me delete the pixel because it wasn’t associated with a business account (just my personal account) and therefore it didn’t have “business settings”. It wouldn’t let me create a second pixel because it said each account could have only one pixel (even though I don’t think that’s even correct).
Sorry for typing that entire saga but it was so frustrating because in my industry the only place to really advertise is FB/IG and google search to a lesser extent. I eventually fixed it by uninstalling the FB plug in and then putting manual code in the header of the site using the pixel ID of the pixel associated with my personal account. I’m not sure what exactly fixed it but I can now run pixel driven ads….after iOS 14.5 launched ??
