Does ad schedule impact tROAS or CPA bid strategy?
I took on an account for a lawn care business and it's ad schedule is all over the place with + or – adjustments but it's running tROAS. Does the ad schedule impact the tROAS bids on Microsoft and Google ads?

Beyond device, making [bid adjustments](https://support.google.com/google-ads/answer/2732132?hl=en#zippy=) for anything else doesn’t make sense since smart bidding would take that into account. Maybe the campaign was on Manual CPC for a long time and the person forgot to remove them. If not, they have not bene doing much of anything.

I find them helpful but over-use isn’t going to get great results. They were more powerful for manual CPC. Automation makes them less impactful
