I’m giving my personal opinion because you can’t tell me what to do. The info you have given has no context and thus a satisfactory answer based on my expertise can’t be provided.

It can work but it very much depends on if the site has quality backlinks and isn’t running a guest post farm. If you see a bunch of “write for us” stuff on their site, it’s probably not a good idea. Rather than going direct you might want to consider using an established linkbuilder with good history and reviews.

DR can be manipulated, check the site on SEMrush or Ahrefs and if the site is getting decent traffic for non spammy keywords. if so it might be worth it..DM me if you wanna know how to check..

    Niche relevance.

    Traffic to the domain.

Those are the only factors worth considering for a backlink location. DR and all that other crap are 3rd party metrics, which people purposefully inflate to charge more.

Once secured, anchor text is a big deal, and ideally traffic to the specific page is worth looking at.

Just make sure it’s not a link farm 😅

If your niche is relevant, then you should go for it….

Yes if sites are related to your niche and authority website which has good metrics and not inviting everyone for write of them and also Do Follow Links. But not always taken Do Follow Links and with the ratio of 80% Do Follow and 20% No Follow.

Paying for guest posts on high-traffic sites can still work. It can help you reach a bigger audience and build backlinks to your website. But, make sure the site is relevant to your business and has engaged readers. It’s worth trying if you have the budget, but track the results to see if it’s worth the cost.

Yes, paid guest posts from high DR sites can boost SEO. $100+ per post is reasonable.

    1) Has Google identified the Link Farm = no value

    2) Does the page get organic traffic? No = No value

If you’re going to use “DR” then understand that every page on the site doesn’t automatically get the site DA (it might at the start). If the page has no traffic, then no DA will flow – this is one of the best signals Google has developed.

Only works if you do it right.
    A) High DR guest posting helps you reach the sweet 40DR spot where you will start getting attention from Google.
    B) You can get referral traffic (quality leads) if you know where your audience hangs out
