Do All Meta Chat Support Reps Talk Like Nigerian Scammers?
Had to deal w/ chat support this morning for a re-rejected ad. Opening line from them, “First off all, I gracefully welcome you onto this platform. Hope this message finds you in a good health!”
Instead of investigating my ads I feel like he’s about to ask me to send some pictures of gift cards to him…

Ur in the lucky few that gets live support. Most of us don’t even have that option. I’ll happily take a Nigerian scammer tone guy

Honestly I never once had a experience like you described. I get chat support frequently and it is just normal, with procedures like asking for the ad account ID for verification, understanding what the problem is etc.

Did the same talk to someone who just diverts the topic about metas policy without even checking the ads and our services. He just repeats what the AI flag our ads.
