Do ad extensions apply to all campaigns?
So I’ve added a few ad extensions to my account. We have multiple locations, starting with one right now, 1 campaign for now.
I’ve added sitelinks, callout, and location extension (have 3 locations, only added 1 for now).
But there’s no way to set them to apply for a specific campaign.
How can I set this up?

When you are creating for example sitelinks extensions you have option to to apply that sitelink to campaign/adgroup or account. If you apply campaign or adgroup level sitelink extesion, account level will be ignored.
