Demnotized on FB for copyright infringement
I very foolishly screen recorded a clip of a youtube video and shared it to multiple FB groups a few weeks ago.
I did give credit to the creators of the content in the caption, and tagged them as well.A few days ago I was notified that I was demonitized from everything besides "Branded Content Tagging".
I clearly can't (or at least I don't think I should appeal) as I definitely took content that wasn't mine, even if I didn't present it as my own. I should've read the community guidelines but I hold myself accountable for not doing so of course.
My questions are: Will my page be demonitized forever?
If not, is there a way to check how long it will be demoitized for?
It's my personal FB profile that I converted to professional mode last year due to having around 12k followers.

i think they demonitize your account as a warning and they will recover your account soon
