could someone tell me how GOCYB.ORG created a redirect script to multiple domains?
can someone please help me create a script like the one used by http://www.gocyb.org that redirects traffic through google and to a different site every time?

I had posted earlier but deleted it when I realized I had only explained twitters link shortening service.
Anyways,
They are redirecting to a twitter shortened link of the serp page link. It’d be really easy to write some php to randomly redirect from an array of serp page links or twitter shortened ones. How do you want to get those serp links though is the bigger question.
