  Copyright support / product impersonation.

  Hi All,

  I’ve got limited experience in dealing with these things, but basically one of my mates owns a business with copyrighted products and we’re seeing facebook adverts using the same video and product names to redirect them to their website where they sell a copy of the product.

  Is there anything more than we can do than report these to FB and Instagram?

  There just seems to be so many videos.

  Hi. Lawyer here. I’m not sure where you’re located, but it’s probably best you consult a lawyer to assist with this due to it dealing with Intellectual Property. A “Cease & Desist” letter may likely need to be sent on your friend’s behalf. Hope this helps.
