  Conversions disappearing in Google Ads account with Shopify

  Recently we are seeing conversions register to adwords and then delete in 1-2 days.

  We check timeline, etc and they are definitely gone.

  Here's how we know:

  1. We use triplewhale which shows the Gclid
  2. We manually upload conversions and they register

  What's odd is all of our ATC data is fine, it just is on the sales side. These are high ticket items so it's easy to find this.

  Any ideas?

  Get rid of Tripple Whale. Have you test fired conversions on both GA4 Debug and GTM Preview tool.

  u/YRVDynamics yes we’ve tested everything and the conversions are firing.

  We even took screenshots of the conversion showing up, and then being deleted. We can’t figure it out, but our guess is somehow shopify is deleting/blocking the pixel
