  Conversion tracking

  I m running google ads to a page in

  Domain.com

  And the conversion/thank you page is in

  clients.domain.com/receipts/xyz

  Will the conversion be triggered ?

  My main site is on WordPress but the buy now forms and the receipts are on spp.co

  Happy to pay for help / consult.

  yes, provided that the tracking code is on that page it will be counted, its just a subdomain.
