Continuing education recommendations?
I’ve been working in an agency for about 2 1/2 years. Obviously not new to the industry, and I have a firm understanding of all features currently on Google Ads.
Are there any things you’ve found that are good to learn? I also have money for courses to spend through my company, so any course recommendations would be welcome.

Reach out to your agency Google rep and ask if there are any upcoming training sessions, Google are usually keen to keep their agencies happy. Try search engine land for industry info or follow PPC people on linked in. In general any books or courses get outdated pretty quickly, just think about pmax and shopping changes recently, any book over 3 months old is now not up to date! Best way to learn in my experience is to do new stuff and speak to more experienced people at your agency, I’ve learned the most from super smart people at various agencies over the years.
